Arizona homeowners deal with fine desert dust, monsoon-season mold spores, olive and mulberry pollen, and construction particulate. A one-inch fiberglass filter does almost nothing about any of it. System-level filtration and purification does.
IAQ Options We Install
- 4–5 inch media filter cabinets (MERV 11–16) without choking airflow
- UV-C germicidal lights for coil and drain pan biological growth
- Whole-home electronic air cleaners and PCO/bipolar ionization systems
- Whole-house humidifiers for dry Arizona winters, and dehumidification for monsoon humidity
- Fresh-air ventilation and pressure balancing to stop dusty infiltration
- Duct sanitizing and coil deep cleaning
If someone in your home has asthma, allergies or COPD, we will measure static pressure first — the wrong high-MERV filter in an undersized return does more harm than good.
